The Spear is a 13-story, 184,561-square-foot office development located in San Francisco’s South Financial District.

As part of a complete renovation, Verdical Group is working with Presidio Bay Ventures to provide a LEED Feasibility Assessment, LEED v4 Project Management, LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, Fitwel 1 Star Project Management, a Life-Cycle Assessment, and ENERGY STAR Consulting.

The pursuit of LEED Gold certification aims higher than the original target of Silver certification.

388 Cambridge

388 Cambridge

This approximately 35,000-square-foot, three-story commercial office and retail building in Palo Alto, CA is pursuing a LEED Platinum certification, ILFI Zero Energy certification, and Fitwel 1 star certification.

In addition to project management, we are providing Commissioning, Energy Modeling, a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and a ZNE Feasibility Assessment.

130 Townsend and 50 Stanford are two mixed-use commercial office buildings located in San Francisco, CA. Verdical Group is providing LEED Project Management, Fitwel Project Management, Energy Modeling, CALGreen Commissioning, LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, and a WELL Feasibility Assessment.

We are working to achieve LEED v4 BD+C Gold and Fitwel 1-star certifications for the 96,153-square-foot project.
