640 Santa Fe Ave, also known as Produce LA, pays homage to its history as a previous produce market warehouse. This 107,000-square-foot, ground-up mixed-use development located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles earned LEED v4 BD+C: Core & Shell Gold certification.
Our team provided CALGreen Commissioning, LEED Fundamental Commissioning, and LEED Enhanced Commissioning. Verdical Group also provided LEED BD+C Core & Shell Project Management (LEED v4 Gold certified), Savings by Design / Utility Incentive Program Management, and WELL Feasibility Assessment.

Teknion’s Los Angeles Showroom is a 7,735-square-foot commercial interior project.

Verdical Group is working with Din Tai Fung and Rothschild Downes to provide Commissioning services for four new restaurant locations in Santa Monica, Irvine, Brea, and Anaheim, CA.
Verdical Group is providing a mix of CALGreen Code Commissioning, general Commissioning of building systems per the owner's requirements, and Commissioning Oversight. At some locations, our team also provided a drawings review and is involved in testing and training for additional systems, such as building envelope, A/V, and Ansul systems.
