The Spear is a 13-story, 184,561-square-foot office development located in San Francisco’s South Financial District.
As part of a complete renovation, Verdical Group is working with Presidio Bay Ventures to provide LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.
We are also providing a LEED v4 Project Management (Targeting Gold Certification), Fitwel 1 Star Project Management, a Life-Cycle Assessment, and ENERGY STAR Consulting.

Verdical Group is providing Commissioning for this approximately 35,000-square-foot, three-story commercial office and retail building in Palo Alto, CA, which is pursuing a LEED Platinum certification, ILFI Zero Energy certification, and Fitwel 1 star certification.
In addition to Commissioning, we are providing Certification Project Management, Energy Modeling, a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and a ZNE Feasibility Assessment.

130 Townsend and 50 Stanford are two mixed-use commercial office buildings located in San Francisco, CA. Verdical Group is providing CALGreen Commissioning, LEED Fundamental Commissioning, and LEED Enhanced Commissioning.
We are also providing LEED Project Management, Fitwel Project Management, and Energy Modeling in pursuit of a LEED v4 BD+C Gold and Fitwel 1-star certifications for the 96,153-square-foot project.
